The benefits of restricted eating (either by meal timing or calorie intake) are well-documented. Whether you are using Intermittent Fasting (IF) to prolong your overnight fast, or reducing your calorie intake during the day, the benefits are extensive.
Our nutritionists have designed the 5:2 Fast Diet to become a part of your lifestyle. For 2 days per week you restrict your calorie intake to 500 (for women) or 600 (for men), on non-consecutive days such as Monday and Wednesday. The rest of the week you’re back to your usual eating - just don’t indulge too much or you’ll load the toxins back into your storage cells. To make it easier we have included 1 extra day to consume in between or after your 5:2 cleanse
We provide you with a nourishing selection of juices and smoothies with the correct amount of calories for the 2 fasting days of your 5:2 Fast Diet. We’ve made it easy and convenient, leaving you with one less thing to worry about.
The 5:2 Fast Diet is available to order online for delivery in the Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle,Central Coast, Adelaide metro areas the Coastal Illawarra region, or for pickup in any of our stores. Check the FAQ for questions regarding this product.
